1st year looked at every car hire in lanzarote for the best deal allround there was only you have guessed right it was autoreisen so year 2 3 4 5 6 7 straight to them and year 8 which is 2011 yes you are right again its off the plane into your autoreisen car and you are away on holiday its as easy as that oh and the prices and service you recive cannot be beaten

very honest company no extra charges what they quote is what you pay which is very good price, they dont fill the car with fuel and charge high prices for it you just return it with the same amount in the tank mine was 1/4 full the staff are nice people i was upgraded for no extra money and the car was newish and very clean, better than the rip off company i used in spain in may Goldcar i was quoted 322 euros and charged 517 euros so i wish Autoreisen had been in Alicante airport. so well done honest Autoreisen, and thanks again. Second time we've used AutoReisen and will not use any other company now. No waiting around, friendly staff and good cars. Also, AutoReisen do not make customer pay for a full tank of pertrol, and instead ask that cars are returned with the same amount of pertrol as when picked up. Have recommeded to friends. Perfect!!

I have used AutoReisen at Tenerife Sur 6 times now and the service has always been great. On 1 occasion I used another rental company and instantly regretted it. Their car was a 'shed' and they had 'conveniently' filled the car up with petrol at a ridiculously high price. I was told to return the car empty which I made sure I did. Autoreisen have never given me any problems like this and I will use them again.

We have hired cars from 'Auto Reisen' on four seperate occasions and have never found a better deal, no hidden extras and no nasty shocks if your unlucky enough to have a bump. (we've had 2 minor bumps). We were also happy with the fact that child seats are free, and returning the car wjth the same amount of fuel that it came with. highly recomended.

Great service, excellent website, when we arrived at Tenerife airport car was ready, very clean and childseat looked brand new. Unfortunatly the car developed a slight engine fault and needed to be replaced, this was sorted very quickly and delivered to our hotel within 45 mins couldnt be better. Overall very very impressed and would recommend to all.

We have used AutoReisen lots of times (Tenerife South Airport) and always have been extremely pleased. Once had a punctured tyre, which we changed and then took the flat back to the autoreisen who replaced it immediately with no extra charge. Also like the fact that once pre booked if they reduce the price you just rebook at the cheaper price with no problems. Returning the car with the amount of fuel initially supplied is also excellent - often a hidden charge with other suppliers. Finally and certainly not least the desk is actually in the airport terminal manned always with efficent and friendly staff. Just booked two more hires!

I have used Autoreisen for many years, I used to spend a lot of time comparing car hire prices, however, I don't know why as I always ended up back at Autoreisen. As a newcomer to hiring cars on the internet I went for a well known company out of fear of the unknown. Thought I had a good deal until I went to the desk at Fuerteventura Airport and got stung for extra insurance on top. Thought I'd read everything carefully when booking so not happy. The next time I hired from Autoreisen. It was cheap and I was expecting to get caught out with insurance or something at the airport, but no, everything was as it had said on the web site. I used them again and am about to book for the 3rd time. Can't fault them. Very quick and easy pick up and drop off. Lovely clean, good quality cars. Great service. The only thing we had a problem with the first time was finding our way out of the airport car park.

Returned to Auto Reisen after a superb deal and efficient service last year. Again very pleased with the quality of service and car. Sadly, towards the end of our fortnight, the car was broken into, leaving a smashed window and damaged radio. Renata was extremely helpful, totally uncritical and very quick to arrange an excellent replacement. This despite a constant string of customers who were all dealt with most pleasantly and quickly - one lady commenting that this was the most efficient car hire company she'd ever dealt with. My boyfriend and I rented a Jeep Wrangler from Auto Reisen for a week in December. The price was very competitive plus very few of the other companies had Jeeps. The first Jeep we were given the keys to was still a little bit wet inside after cleaning so we asked for a swap and it was done with minimal effort. We drove the Jeep all around the island for the week and it was well worth the price we paid. On the last day the Jeep was making a few noises that we weren't happy about. We called Auto reisen and they had a replacement car out to us in less than an hour. We weren't staying in the usual resorts of Cristianos or Americas so we were really suprised that they found our apartment so quickly. Returning the car was pain free and took less than 5mins. I would definately rent from Auto Reisen again.

Hired the car from Tenerife Southern airport. The staff were friendly, efficient and polite but that was just the start. I thought the car was in good nick for a hire car even though it was just a little Renault Twingo (trust me it's enough for the rubbish roads in Tenerife). The car however developed a fault with the brakes and I called AutoReisen to sort the matter out. They said they would bring me another car....to my hotel....within 45mins. Yeah right I thought and settled in to have a drink at the bar thinking my evening had been spoilt. Guess what? In UNDER 45 mins a very polite and efficient man with a low loader brought me an equivalent car and took the broken one away!! Only downside was that my wife then had to drive because I had been drinking! Highly recommended from a pleasantly surprised first time customer. I will definately use them again.

We recently went to Teneriffe S and hired a Skodia Fabia Station Wagon,the service at the airport was excellent as was the condition of the car.Spotless inside and out (other hire cars are certainly not at this standard) the car performed super and the fuel policy of return the with the same amount is an exception to other companies,so you are not being exploited when you leave half a tank in the car when you return it.Will definately use again and recommend to friends.

I hired a car from autoreisen at las palmas airport Gran Canaria on boxing day 2011. It was not only the best hired car we have had but the service and price was second to none, done everything it said on the can! We had to leave 3 days earlier than expected and they even gave us a refund for those 3 days which was a great unexpected bonus. The car was only £175 for 11 days all inclusive (2 DRIVERS) car hire AMAZING! Highly recommend this company.

Just a note to say many thanks for a trouble free car hire experience. The staff at Lanzarote were pleasant and helpful. There was no queue and the whole collection experience only took 5 mins. The actual car collection point was within 2 minutes of the airport arrivals. Car was new, clean and undamaged. Return was just as easy albeit outside normal hours and unlike other hire companies it was at no extra cost. All in all I am one very satisfied customer and will recommend AutoReisen to anybody. My husband and I have used AutoReisen ( Tenerife South ) about 5 times ...most recently in Nov 2011 .On 1 occasion in 2009 we got a car that had seen better days and which struggled on hills .However at all other times we have had excellent cars and the service on collection and return has been very efficient .This last time we received a full tank and was asked to return a full tank .In the past we were asked to return as we had received it (1/4 full or 1/2 full etc ).We have always found the staff pleasant and helpful and we have never had any nasty surprises about additional costs .We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Eccellente parco auto con stand all'interno degli aeroporti e ritiro auto a poche decine di metri dall'uscita. Sicuramente un buon servizio a prezzi tra i più bassi del mercato. Nessun problema. Ricordarsi però di riportare l'auto con lo stesso pieno di benzina come richiesto al momento della consegna e che il pagamento è solo con carta di credito. Qualche problema con l'accettazione delle carte ricaricabili, non giustificato considerato che viene richiesto di lasciare un deposito in euro al momento della consegna delle chiavi.
